What we do
KDC Guild is a production and creative direction duo consisting of KC Malone and David Brescia-Weiler. The Guild connects musicians, comedians, artists, actors, and makers of all kinds; bringing together voices and perspectives to create unique works of art. Part international collaboration, part concept album, part tumble down the rabbit hole, KDC Guild’s debut project, Cise Pavilion, is an audio-narrative adventure that weaves together interludes, songs, and dialogue, placing the audience at the center of the action. In future works, KDC Guild will expand into live, immersive events and hybrid, cross-genre multi-media art productions. KDC Guild fundamentally reinvents how businesses and industries operate by designing engaging experiences that innovate and disrupt and by tapping into raw passion and emotion to cultivate artistic empowerment.
How We Do It
Co-founders KC Malone and David Brescia-Weiler organize and direct hybrid works of art around a cohesive theme, incorporating a wide range of genres and artistic fields. Everything KDC Guild creates is a co-production with other artists; we design the scope of a project and identify talent across disciplines to make that vision come to life. KDC Guild establishes a creative framework and communicates with each artist individually to find personal inspiration and connection to the overarching story. Within this structure, the artists always come first and are empowered to express themselves freely and take risks. We prioritize close collaboration with ambitious and passionate people, because we know that generative relationships are the foundation of impactful, uninhibited art.
